wet seatbelt

Featured Replies

Trying to narrow down where this is coming from on my 2005 vrs.

I have had front door card off to check front door for leak, sealed roof rail channel (which get small splits with panel sealant) and check under carpet all along where drivers seatbelt is and it is all dry.

However belt still gets damp when its raining.

Had the hose on it today and couldn't see any leaks - carpet was dry to the touch and insulation not wet

Totally stumped on this and looking from advice from any other members who have had a leak and sorted it

Got a sunroof? If so its probably the drains blocked.

no sunroof so no drains

have cleared out the front arches and checked door interior linings - running out of ideas...

Where the bonnet cable goes through the bulkhead is another common place for water leaks.
