newest maps are v08 and software is version 357 for the RNS310 . i can give you the link for the firmware upgrade

Ment to say after buying vcds I had to enable speed limit signs to get the option to display them. Also the map update for me didn't really change much where I live. But I also didn't have any nav problems abroad last year.

Also the Amundsen plus is a rns315 so don't go trying to update firmware as you can't. You'll brick it.

yup thats right . you cant update the 315 as easy as the 310 , but your dealer can do it easy since most of them got the newest firmware laying around .
