Does anyone know of an app that will read texts through my admunsen? From an iphone.

There was another thread somewhere here & someone had suggested an app that could display the SMS by dispalying it as the name of someone "calling" you.

Not sure if it would spoof a phonecall & read out the text though or if it was an Iphone or Android app.

I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks it's standard on a lot of fords with lesser specs and I can find an app for android but not for iphone.

Not sure what year your radio is or what features it has.....but the MY16 Bolero reads your texts out ( very useful).

Its just a pity you cant return a message by dictating it by voice recognition.

I've got an iPhone, I just hold down the home button whilst my phone is in my pocket and get Siri to read out/reply to my texts. It automatically mutes the sound system, reads the texts out through the car speakers and uses the car handsfree system when you dictate your reply, works just fine for me!

On the Bolero there is an option to view texts, and read them out (bottom left button).
