DSG7 noise when changing gears

I too noticed this, wanted to take off in 2nd gear but the DSG resolutely would not allow this.

    Tried mine today on the way home and its does NOT make this noise in either Eco, Normal or Sport mode.  I got some wheel spin as it was wet though !

1st in a DQ200 DSG is not desirable for driving in snow with a Petrol engine, 1.0, 1.2,1.4 TSI ACT or not. EDIT.  MY BAD>>>>

Put the TC off and getting decent tyres is.

Prolonged holding in 2nd gear is not always observed, that just is not true because there are plenty DQ200 vehicles that do not do it.

The same sound just popped up in my Octavia mk3 , 2016

Success for me with a revised clutch pack from June 2016. Still working fine.
