been reading for a while and I quite like this forum so I thought I better register and take part in the discussions

 

I'm Tom from Belgium, 38 years old and looking to buy a vRS DSG to replace my BMW 325i sedan, we have a baby arriving at christmas so we are thinking that we might better have some more room in the trunk

 

I don't do a lot of mileage (for the moment) so I drive a petrol beemer but that might change depending on where we will have the daycare for the child, what time I can drop him off, can I still catch the morning train afterwards...so it is possible that I might do an additional 10K per year in commute.

 

In that case, a TDI might be a good option, however..... there are rumours that the government wants to take away the price difference between diesel and petrol (1.1 for diesel vs 1.6 for petrol) so then I could easily afford the TSI as a daily drive. 

 

on the other hand, if the pricedifference stays I could install a LPG installation in the vRS TSI, I have browsed this forum and found some LPG owners but they are mostly O2 owners, are there any MK3 vRS owners with LPG install?
