Hi guys

Can anyone recommend where I can get some spacers/ longer bolts and locking bolts from? The important thing is will the plastic nut covers fit over the locking ones?

My vRS has been lowered, it's on 18's and I just want to bring the wheels out a bit. My thinking is 15mm all round.

Like to hear your thoughts.

No idea about the covers and you will need to buy lockers separately though

 

Best to contact them directly and let them know you want the bolts for your original VAG wheels or you will get aftermarket taper bolts instead of radius.

I've gone 15mm on the rear and 10mm on the front.

 

The front for some reason doesn't need so much to bring the wheel out almost level with the arch.

 

I went back to the supplying dealer after it had been lowered on Eibach's and with the spacers on (to buy a service book  ) , and all the sales staff said how much better the car looked and agreed it's how it should come from the factory.

 

As already said, Demon-thieves were the best price for the 15mm with the bolts (radius not tapered), but for some reason the 10mm spacers were more expensive.

 

Oh and don't forget to get hub-centric spacers so the wheels center correctly, plus buy a threaded locating bar/tool from e-bay, makes getting the wheel on sooo much easier!

I think anymore than 10 at the front is pushing it, but I can not see an ebay listing for 10 from Demon Tweaks?

The fronts IMO don't look to bad stock, but the rears could do with coming out some.

 

Also what are the stock bolt thread lengths ?
