Greetings! Occasional lurker, now newly minted member. I've already benefited from collective knowledge pool and just bought an Octavia II VRS with the CR diesel up front. Previous motoring history is mostly Fords of various flavours but in truth I've probably covered more miles on two wheels than four. The VRS is the second Skoda in the family, the other being wifeys Octavia III combi. Hoping to make a useful contribution here as time permits and learn a bit in the process. Based in Ireland, spent a fair bit of time in the UK over the years, and well... that's about it for the intro, thanks for reading :)

    Unfortunately not... Based in Meath where the roads are a bit more contested.
