Hoping someone out there can rest my mind or be able to at least have some information.

 

I have read a few people's story's as regards SS some excellent and some bad! the thing is, SS do have some great items for your vehicle to create your own stamp on your car etc & mostly everything on there website looks the nuts.

 

The query I have, which I'm hoping someone else has maybe noticed from SS? Is do they update your order to items dispatched? I know that I'm ordering from the UK & the money has already left my paypal account & my bank account, I basically purchased a few items on the 29th of July & I would of thought by now that they would of updated the items on the dispatched part of things? just so I can at least track the items!

 

The status says accepted but the items dispatched on just has a dash? I'm hoping that the items will get sent out soon, maybe I'm just too impatient these are the items I paid for:

I'm looking for the same reassurance having ordered a rubber boot liner from them this time last week (25th July.)

Same thing shows on my account I.e. a dash. Funds left my PayPal account straight away.

Don't forget they have been shut for a few days as per their website.

So its not just me then   hopefully we will all get are stuff, seeing that at the moment we all have the same result as regards "dispatched"

Was on there and IIRC they either reopened yesterday or open tomorrow. I cannot remember which date in August it was.

Argh well that would explain it then   Cheers M12MKD I think I need to check future websites from now on rather than letting my excitement take charge

Ditto.  BATVANVRS can be re-assured.  Just before their closure I ordered stuff -  at lunch-time. Tracking showed the goods were despatched within 2 hrs and that evening were at a distribution depot in Germany. Next evening they were at a depot in the UK. Arrived chez-moi teatime next day. Faster service than many UK-based mail order outfits.

You will get an email like this, then you can check on your account for a tracking number.

Hi all. I'm awaiting my first Skoda and have never come across SS before joining this forum. However in the last three weeks I have placed orders for front and rear mudflaps for Octy3 and LED number plate lights. Order delivered in tip top condition within the week. I then followed this up with an order for four floor mats and a rubber boot floor covering. These were delivered within four days. As I say this has all happened in the last three weeks. Very impressed with the service I received.

You could always email them. I had a query about an order the other day. Got a response very quickly.

I don't think you have anything to concern yourself about.

+1 for excellent service from SuperSkoda earlier in the year.

Cheers guys   for the positive information, I received a dispatched email from SS today & a separate email to say that they was closed for the holiday so that is why my order was not processed but my order is being sent today thanks again everyone for your help & reassurance

I have ordered from them a few times, usually 5-7 days for delivery, no problems.

What I would recommend for any purchase, particulary from websites you don't know the reliability of, is use Paypal as a payment if available.

They do have pretty decent protection and will usually come down in favour of the purchaser in disputes.

Yep received all the items today from SS   really happy with the service the delivery was very easy to track online & I will be ordering more stuff from them in the future, so in-the end, I'm really chuffed & got to make sure in future to read the website web-page before ordering In-case they are on holiday  

Just over 2 weeks ago I followed the advice offered by members and took a punt on ordering a set of HD rubber floor mats for my 2014 Octavia Scout(184bhp), in no time at all (It seemed?) a package arrived with what I consider to be...a well manufactured set of mats which could'nt fit better.

One look and my wife asked for a set for her Fabia MC...which arrived this morning!

I would remind all that one MUST ensure that RHD is specified! Some have accidently ordered LHD?

I would really like to order a rear boot mat for my estate, however with a removeable partion on the near side of the boot there exists a similar shape on the off side and I'd really like a shaped mat that will cover that area. As yet I've yet to find one and SS do not seem to show one.. Any ideas?

But they bumped the price up 20% on most things couple of days ago 

 

Had my eye on a few things and was miffed when price went up overnight. When I seen the 20% did some sums and it all became clear

 

Some things still actually cheaper though and the rest works out same price as before so nothing to lose really

As are the products in the first post.  can't say I've noticed any difference in the prices to before the 20% discount offer. Or at least on the items I've been looking at.

They are applying the 20% at checkout. Prices are the same as before until you checkout.

 

The 20% offer on all products lasts for 3 more days.

Took advantage of their new 20% offer, ordered some bits last Friday and they arrived a few moments ago.......

 

Can't grumble at that service.........
