As above my Octavia vrs tfsi warning lamp came on for about 15 miles today and switched itself off again its booked in on sat to get the fault code checked any one else had this and what parts did you replace cheers

Mine was the evap canister. It was leaking, soon sorted.

ok cheers I will write that down from what I have read so far it could be exhaust probe, ecu update etc but the lights gone out so it should store the fault code hopefully

Did you overfill the tank?

 

Mine came on once or twice when I tried to brim it. Error was something about a sticking valve on the evap charcoal canister.

 

Started filling to the first click on the pump and never saw it again.
