Name one thing that annoys you....

Mine (March this year) has the fold position on the internal adjustment knob.

But what annoys me is that you cannot see it (Would be fine on left hand drive)

Yeah but that is to just fold them in if required whilst you are in the car..... Narrow passing points etc.... My Lexus had a button in the car that when pressed meant the mirrors folded in when you locked the car.

Nice one Lexus, well thought out.

I'm guessing Skoda had a rummage through the VAG parts bin and the internal switch was all that was available.

It is the same switch fitted to the MkII Octavia from over 10 years ago.

The answer is.... Turn the switch to fold just before you get out, and to unfold as you get in.

Total time spent 0.75 sec

Well mine is the reflection of the air vent chrome in the side windows, makes it look like a light sabre is shining in both wing mirrors :(

The heating system.............it drives me mad.

I'll get out of the car and leave the heater on max, (off dual) and blowing down for example.

When i come to use the car again, the heater setting has gone back to where it always does, down at zero temp and not blowing anywhere and so i have to go through the myther of putting it back to where I left it.

What annoys me is shirts that are made of soft material and the tag in the neck is brittle and sticks in my neck

I'll check again tomorrow, I'm sure mine remains on the same settings that it was left on before turning off the engine/ignition.

as a company van driver - for a laugh - with several Hicube lwb transits, we used to leave the radio on loud, the wipers and fan on maximum at night, used to scare the next driver at 6am the next day

I hate the fact that there are 'auto' 'on' and 'off' settings for the recirculating function, and the fact it resets when you turn off the ignition. I understand the reason (to ensure you get at least some fresh air in) but having to do this manually every time I drive is a pain. How about they just have 'auto' and 'on' or 'on/off' as auto can't see that smelly truck in the distance.

No boot release button in the cabin..... I know it's an option on the combi but would have been nice in a car of this spec to have a release button as standard on both the twindoor and combi IMHO.

Thats for me.....want it bad...

I leave my air recirculation in the 'auto' mode all the time. It stays in this mode even when I turn the ignition off and on, so I don't have to reset it. Mine is a 2013 FL model.

The only time I have to put it back to 'auto' mode myself is if I use the windscreen demist function for example or manually try to override the climate control myself in any way.

Same here..... Mine stays on whatever I left it on last...... Usually auto.

hmmmm, must look into this. Will report back.

Another peeve that I doubt will affect many.... we have 2 kids booster seats in the rear. The relatively narrow width of the car means it is very hard to fit another person in the centre seat. Sadly (or luckily?) I can just fit with my arms high over the wings of the booster seats. I've yet to meet an adult of normal proportions who can fit. It was easier in our old Mazda 6. Skoda can you please make the new model 3-4 inches wider?

I don't like the premium connection as it renders the phone useless
