I'm tempted anyway by the car as you know from the PM's But also very tempted just to drive up and buy it due to some of the magnificent scenery in your photo's!

Well done.  I am just surprised it took so long at that price.  Throw away transport that you cannot possibly lose on.  Good luck with your new enterprise and with a bit of luck you will find another one to play with in years to come.
