Is normal for the radiator cooling fan to come on 30 to 60  seconds after starting a cold engine ???

No unless you've got the AC on?

Thank you very help, obviously you know Egypt well  . I check the refrigeration cycle and all are good but the problem is that the fan working when the temperature of 110  by OBD II ,this  may naturally temperature reaches 110 or there is a problem with the fan or the thermostat , I went today to the technician. Li said that there is no problem because The red led light not comes, really I am not convinced that , I myself checked fan. The fan operates at one speed only does not 2 speed , Is this the problem or I misfiled
