Should my 2015 Octavia Scout have Traffic Sign Recognition?

It is mentioned in the manual, but I cannot see where to switch it on.

Not an option in the UK. But can be turned on with vcds if you have the right model of car. (like a vrs)

And the Columbus Nav otherwise it throws an error up. I turned it off because of this.

The MY16 Amundsen nav turn on ok.
