Gigaro wheel decals

Featured Replies

Some petty minded toerag has nicked my wheel vRS decals - all 4 of them!. Not just the overlays (which if I remember I bought off a pastyboy group buy), but the whole plastic insert which has been carefully prised out. Can only think it's another Fabia owner as I cant imagine them fitting anything else. This is how they were:-

and now:-

I need to replace them, But Skoda spares only have them with Skoda decals, not vRS.

Does anybody have any idea where I can get replacements?

Buy more badges from PastyBoy and get some old badges from eBay.

Sadly is it worth it.

Whoever will possibly just look out for the new ones going on and snaffle them as well.

As will to just get used old ones and paint them Satin Black. IMO.

ive got the old style badge ready to pop in if you want them for £10

When you get your new ones try super-gluing them in place. And glue all in the edges so you can't get anything in there to pry them out.

Where did you get the break pad stickers from. I like them.

Off Ebay 12 months or so ago. A quick search now doesn't throw up any results.

Good idea & I certainly will!!

Just a thought, but is there not a reason why they are removable in the first place?

One major reason is,

To allow for the part of the Tyre changing machine that has to poke through the middle when clamping the wheel down.

But when you need to change a tyre you can remove the super glued on Trim before hand.

Just as a thieving toe rag does when they want them.

If they really want them and can be bothered, they might just take your wheels complete and not bother putting the car on bricks.

Just damaging your car because they can.

Sometimes best to let an opportunist thief just take the trim quickly and then do one.

Ah yes, forgot about that. Hmmmm.
