What does the sticker at front of service manual mean? can i ask

 

Does the codes mean anything of any importance, like what extras were put on vehicle

Yes it tells you what was fitted to the car, brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, paint etc etc. They are called PR codes and there are websites which decode them for you. People have linked to them on here before.

Insurance company asked if any upgrades i said unsure thinks car is standard,

Key code is not on that sticker.  It's usually on a small plastic strip when car supplied new, otherwise it is accessible with certain software via the OBD port and a special cable (not VCDS)

well I'm truly lost with technical part  of software lol

 

found that link to website, no don't have plastic strip off original key, so take it dealer to find it out.

 

I may get another key cut as one of them the flip part seems a tad wobbly, but i personally feel the ignition barrel seem worn as well, i was surprised the ignition barrel comes already cut to your key.

I don't think the dealer will tell you the code, I'm not sure if they can actually see it with their diagnostics kit.

Maybe not. Vag changed things so certain things are done over the Internet from the factory. The dealer plugs in the car and waits for the computer to do things.

You need the code for the immobiliser chip not the key.
