Hi, do mean a Bolero radio, or Bolero sat nav unit, if it is the radio it wont fit , i spent ages checking , dont know about the sat nav unit though.

Apparently if it's the early one it will, if it's the later it won't.

Shame one of them is a columbus lol,all the bolero,s are the same shape but i dont know if one would fit a fabia

I have just fitted a bolero to the wifes 2014 Fabia, The one I found that fitted without any problem came out of an early mark 2 Superb, also fitted OEM Bluetooth and MDI kits too Works like a dream
