Can anyone help..

I've just fitted a new turbo, 4bar map etc to my cupra and put a stock map on that'll work with the 4bar.

Fired straight up no problems, a bit later it took a bit longer to turn over and the glow plug light was flashing revs climbed to 1000 then dropped to normal... Light comes on again and revs are climbing it got to 1400 and I killed the engine panicking...

Anyone any ideas?

I didn't clear any codes after doing the map, I read the codes and it has a lot of the same code on there about control module code 01314 - intermittent

Check your oil level. If that's not dropped, reset the throttle body.

Fresh oil was put in it, no throttle body on a derv

Oil level? For the second time.

 

Also, they're golden, not crystal, so I don't know which engine you're got.

As Ken says, it might help if you update your car profile info!
