Went into my local dealer today and they had one of these in the showroom, so low you could trip over it! 

 

I've never seen one of those in the metal.  Did they say why they've got it in?

Very very rare car, 200 produced, Jack Tordoff (aka JCT600 ) bought it as an investment and crowd puller. It apparently has to go back to wolfsburg to be serviced but seen as he is a multi millionaire I think he can afford it !

Saw one at Gadget show NEC last year.

They are very cool. They've got a tiny diesel engine in the back. Surprised it has to go back to Wolfsburg for a service though as surely an oil and filter change can't be hard to do.

....but you will need a long pole with a red triangle flag, like a recumbent bicycle has, so lorries can see you at the side !

The flag will probably make it half as efficient.

Regular miles, that cable stays plugged in it's 70 miles long, auto real back cable.
