Is there any way of setting up a rev limiter on my 2012 Monte 1.6 tdi ? I have been searching the net, but haven't come up with a lot. There is talk, you can have it done by ecu file. My car as been remapped, thought it worth mentioning.. It would be a help if you can who/where can do it or where I can buy a limiter.

Limit file was probably rewritten as part of the remap talk to your remapped to find out what he did exactly

/\ Agreed, with the note that "modern" (my 2002 car qualifies) diesels tend to have soft governors that slow the rate revs build at as you approach the limit then stop you exceeding $engine_speed rather than the fairly hard limiter of a purely mechanical pump car that would just cut fuel at $engine_speed.
