2013 Fabia II vRS. CTHE. Estate.

Featured Replies

I don't want to do this, I was going to keep this car forever. But i just cant afford it anymore :( I have dropped down to half my usual wage, and can no longer afford to pay for this car. Unless a better job arrives in the next 4 weeks, this has to go one way or another :( I would love it to go to another briskodian, but may end up having to give it back to the finance company :(

anyway.

Fabia II vRS estate, 2013. less than 700 of these in the country! a rare car! space and pace. The better CTHE engine, 53,000 miles (will go up daily) , FULL service history, Buy with total confidence, because this car is STILL under the original skoda warranty until April, any issues, just take it back to skoda to be fixed. This car runs perfectly, and always has, and have never had any warranty work done on it, as nothing has gone wrong. I have owned the car from new. One owner, me. It is a strong engine, consistent 15 sec dead 1/4 mile times. uses an acceptable amount of oil, 1 litre every 2-6,000 miles, depending on how its driven. Being CTHE has all the latest mods, and more power than the CAVE engines.

factory stuff:

Black magic paint.

Black 17 inch wheels.

Bluetooth connectivity with multi function steering wheel. (stream music from your phone, hands free calls, voice activation etc.)

Climate control. works perfectly, air-con cold.

Eibach springs. ordered with the car, so included in the full 3 year warranty. wheel alignment done when new, when the springs were fitted.

Mods:

Eibach lowering springs, 20mm front 15 mm rear.

H&R front anti roll bar, bushes replaced with polybushes.

H&R rear anti roll bar.

yellow stuff pads and ATE blue racing fluid.

full leather interior from an ibiza cupra, all airbags connected and working.

NGK 7 spark plugs, changed every 10k (this is what I recommend, not the 40k etc that skoda thinks they will last!)

the car will come with a set of winter wheels and tyres (octavia elegance wheels, spacers included to fit nice, painted black, goodyear winter tyres 205/45/17H) AND of course the normal 17's with 215/40/17 RSR's, good tread on all. Bodywork is in "average" condition for the mileage, stonechips on front, small scrape on front splitter, small dent on back quater (50p size, from being hit by a stone) This has been the BEST car i have ever owned, and I was going to keep it forever, it breaks my heart to let it go, but i have no money :( we need to eat, and have another mouth to feed on the way ....  the gearbox recall has been done to get the oil changed to mineral oil. gearbox works fine, always has.

Price is 7794-8580 best offer please. this is not negotiable, as its what I need to pay off the finance, and buy a banger. I don't want any reply's on this thread about price, or adverts for cheaper cars.... there are older 2012 cars not as well specced, and probably with the old oil burning risk CAVE engines for £9,999 ..... so i think its fair. I cannot take less as I would owe money, and thats just stupid when i can give the car back for free. I WOULD however consider a part-exchange for a mark I MX5 or eunos roadster, must be rust free, and not the 90bhp English 1.6. (115bhp english 1.6 is fine)

want to cry now :( so sad. :rain:

very sad. but what can i do ? half wages :( thanks for the good wishes.

Very sad times Dave. :(

I know what the feeling is like.

So so sorry to see this.  I will always remember the fun we had at Santa Pod (and I can vouch that this is much faster than my CAVE).  Hopefully it won't be too long until you are back in the Skoda fold.

Sorry to hear about this Sharkie, hope you find yourself something else and get out of this soon. And good luck with the sale. Maybe whoever buys it from you would perhaps consider selling it back to you once you get back in a suitable position?

******* this car is now for sale again, as my friend who bought it, has sadly died.*****************

Additions are, it now has a private plate that will come with the car (W33 AGS)

it also has cruise control, fitted by the master tech Ross.

It also has 61,000 miles on now. The family have been offered a paltry £5,000 by WBAC, and I have offered to re-advertise for them

price guide here (standard, remember my old car had all the nice stuff listed above!) £7794- £8580 ... http://www.honestjohn.co.uk/used-prices/Skoda/Fabia/2013/?q=vRS

Best offers please!

Sharkrider.

(and if any of my rich friends want to buy it back for me , feel free...)

hopefully, she is only asking the honest Johns guide in money ... £7794- £8580 .... If I had the money I'd buy it back!

Sorry to hear about your friend Dave, horrible time of year for that to happen. Fingers crossed the car goes to a good home, I'd even consider it if someone bought my SE off me.

I'd love to have it back to be fair..... but I can't afford it now, new baby and all that .... at least Graham got to kinda meet Rose..... she was still in the womb when we last had drinks, but was close enough ! :)
