DAB radio

Featured Replies

I have an FM Swing radio and am thinking of replacing it with a Skoda DAB radio. Has anyone done the change and do you recommend the change especially as DAB signals are unreliable in built-up areas

I ran an RCD310 DAB for a while with a film antenna on the windscreen.

Reception was good. The unit now resides in Norway having sold it on.

Similar here I went down the rcd510 dab upgrade

6 disc inbuilt changer and SD card reader

Looking for either Amundsen or columbus dab but not sure which is the better nav unit

Reception is very good and if the dab drops it automatically drops to the FM station and then back agai.

Since the original owners of my car ripped the factory unit out, I replaced the horrible box they stuck in with a Pioneer DAB unit and it's been a delight to use, I live in a country area and it rarely drops a signal. No problems in towns either...

I have a Columbus DAB LED for sale. Cheapest one anywhere, just want it out of the way really.

It will fit straight in, comes with a nearly new GPS antenna so would only need a DAB antenna.

PM me if you want more info :)
