I am now a Skoda owner: I recently bought a 2012 Fabia SE Plus 5 door, in good condition, from the Cambridge dealer. It was the most suitable car for our needs and my wife and I are pleased with it. The little 1.2 litre TSI 85 engine is surprisingly good, and compared to our rather noisy previous car it is dangerously easy to get well above the speed limit on Cambridgeshire country roads without realising it!  We may no longer drive as briskly as in our youth, but we are heartily in sympathy with the aims of "brisk skoda". I have already found much useful information on this forum and look forward to more exchanges.
