Just noticed these are available brand new at the moment, I spent ages looking as used ones on fleabay and searching for one in good nick from a car being broken, I got tired of 'make me an offer' type stuff so I ordered one for myself and thought i'd share the source. http://www.skodaparts.com/product/octavia-a4-tailgate-seal-1998-2004-31399

If you mean the body side boot seal tps sell them and always have done for under £50, got a price off them last week when I got my drivers door seal, hope to replace all the seals on mine

The big soft rubber one that runs around the edge, Skoda Parts doing them for £40.49 delivered

Never realised they were worth that.  Got someone collecting from me for a tenner and I'm including the boot trim too :D
