Its still shaped like brick though, it needs to 168 as standard just move itself (we have the boggo 75ps ones in work which slow down going uphill..)

And stlll only 50mph on single carriageway roads.

Until they do a Tourneo version.

 

Can't beat a quick van for upsetting car drivers who try to race you.

I had no idea what it was at the time but the exhausts suggested that this isn't a standard van.

You came to the conclusion that the vas wasn't standard by the exhaust's ??????. What about the boadykit, big wheels, re-trimmed interior and the sporty looking stickers all over it. It's has the std 155hp engine and chipped, that's it. Exhausts lol.

Yeah, I guess it does sound a bit like that.

The exhausts were the first thing I saw between the other parked vehicles.  As the rest of the van emerged into view then the rest of the bling became apparent.  I guess you had to be there.

Didnt reckon much to the higher powered 2.2 tdci's tbh.

The same engine as the lower powered ones (85 or 100bhp) but a bigger turbo.

The 140 i used to drive was horrible tbh. No torque at tickover, you floor it n nothin happens. Then at 2k rpm the turbo spools up n you're wheelspinnin everywhere

I looked into getting one of these transits with the second row of seats. Got told the price and the fact they are restricted speeds on A and B roads an changed my mind.

Its appealing in the same way we all had a matchbox yellow transit van thing with wings on and it used to be cooler then my other toy cars...

 

Would be different if they did a van with the ST's 2.0 ecoboost engine but then again goes against the idea of a van really...
