Number plate bulb…

Featured Replies

… HOW MUCH?????

I've got my Mazda 6 in with the dealer for a interim service and MOT. Just got a voicemail to say it failed it's MOT on a rear number plate bulb failure and it'll cost £14 to replace. £14 for a tiny wedge bulb? :swear:

I can't do anything about it as it needs MOT today and I'm 50 miles away but I wish I'd checked before I went.   :wall:

Labour charge @ what??

£100 / hour??

I hope they are wearing masks coz at those prices they need to be!

Is that bulb available on finance?

My local Skoda dealer replaced a brake light bulb for free, the bulb itself and the fitting.

Picked the car up today and it turned out the bulb was only £7 :dull:

Still, I got the service £30 cheaper than I thought because their website had the prices listed incorrectly so it's not all bad. And they washed and hoovered the car for me :D
