Where is the easiest place to access a switched (with ignition) feed for supplying a dashcam. I was going to use the cig socket but it appears to be live all the time, and I know I'll forget to unplug it and flatten the battery!

 

Any useful and not to involved suggestions welcome, but don't really fancy pulling the dash apart too much!

Fuse 47 (rear wiper motor), check page 243-246 in owner's manual.

You will need to buy and install a piggy back fuse holder.

Fuse panel is behind the glove box, use a fuse piggy back and select one of the switched terminals in there. That is how I did mine.
