I seem to remember discussions on here about the lack of "Lights On" warning lights on the dash, I noticed yesterday that the Lights symbol on the lights switch (next to Auto) appeared to illuminate when the lights are on and is quite easily visible once you are aware of it.

It is for some. In my driving position it is invisible but the Columbus scree is set to go into 'night' mode on mine so I know the lights are on.

How close are you sitting to the wheel so you cannot see the light switch?

 

I’m only 5’ 8” (31” inside leg) and the switch is clearly visible.

 

I assume it’s the steering wheel that is obscuring the switch?
