It was like watching Dads Army

Just watching now on ITV +1. A village near me has a team of community speed watchers. Signs are yellow in and out of the village. It's a 60mph either side.

Only seen them out once.

Been through Ticknall many many times never seen these people. It is very easy to speed through that village, approach down hill from a 60mph limit then the road narrows to go under a rail bridge.

Shall find and watch this programme, they were on the local news a couple of years ago showing how they slow the traffic down.

Luckily for the locals, and commuters passing through, the Ticknall **** has moved on to annoy people on the local railway platform.

 

The others numpties couldn't even get the make or model of the cars right, between them. Or the colour, Lol.

 

No wonder the police told em to 'op it' and stop wasting their time.

When he started comenting on 'authority' whilst stood there in his high viz jacket and no 'authority' what so ever. Urgh. What a t**.

Even the police sacked him off in the end.
