Has anyone done this?

I'm getting a knocking when pulling away after removing an insert in this bush fitted by the previous owner so want to change them but don't want to go in expecting it to be straight forward to get stuck.

Put the insert back in, the insert exists because removing the whole bush is a horrendously hard job. I've just fitted an insert yesterday and it solved my knock issues.

I took the insert out as it was transferring horrendous vibration. It's also in the bin as I had to break it up to get it out.
