How do you get the clock face to appear on the stereo?

???

Press the radio off button.

Press the radio off button.

That doesnt work for me.

Ive seen the clock face on other cars and wouldnt mind having it on mine, but it doesnt seem to be an option.  If i turn the radio off the screen just goes black.

It's an option in the settings on infotainment

It's a shame there isn't an option to display the clock when the radio or media is playing. It really is a very nice clear clock face and much easier to read than the MFD.

The time is always shown in the bar at the top of the screen (Bolero) along with temp. The digital or analog screen shown when radio etc is off can be enabled in settings.

+1! It's in the settings somewhere. I did it on mine, just can't remember which setting!

Thanks all - I really just need to sit in the car for 10 mins and rake about the settings.

Still haven't a clue how the multifunction steering wheel works - I know it turns though...

What head unit do you have?

I've got the mib1 amundsen and have spent loads of time going through every option in the car to get it setup how I wanted it. I haven't seen anything that allows the clock face to be turned on.

I'm wondering if it's an mib2 update.

It's the Amundsen. May be mib2 as car is only 2 months old (Scout).

Go to Menu>Setup>Screen - its a tick box at the bottom

Seconded. Have it on my MiB1 Bolero

Just done this as I had been away and the car was at home.

In the 12 months I've had the car I've never found that second settings menu.

I normally go into the settings menu through the car button. I always assumed that settings menu through the menu button would be the same, I'd never tried it.

Lesson learnt!

On Columbus system, hold the power button a few seconds, screen will blank off, then clock appears, swipe left for three display options!

Thanks to other contributors for pointing me in the right direction.

You can do this yes, but it turns the music off does it not?

Yes it does unfortunately, don't think there is an option to display it with say music playing, pity not an option on menus! as less intrusive especially at night.

Absolutely agree. This is my 1st car I've not been able to have the clock on screen while driving and playing music etc.
