Time a new exhaust

Featured Replies

Hi guys my standard exhaust on my mk1 vrs is on its way out and a replacement on eBay is between £300 to £400 and not wanting to pay that, anyone have any recommendation on exhaust or good site to browse on. Many thanks

Ive been looking at the Turborevs Decat downpipe, a Janspeed (i think it was) centre section and then get my local exhaust place to make me up the back box.

The Decat tends to be around £75, the centre section was £100 and I reckon even if the backbox is £150 it would be a pretty good system.

Does de-cat affect the mot and I'm happy to a aftermarket must finding one which I can as its not been remapped

Decat will fail mot need a sports cat or swap back to standard for mot...just going thru my options now I've a decat pipe may just get sports cat welded into that
