Having just acquired some sport decals (don't ask) it turns out I've stumbled upon the part number as well for the decal, as far as I'm aware this is so far a not very known part number, so for future reference for anyone who made need one:

As it's a genuine VAG part any Skoda, VW or Seat dealership should be able to order it for you. I don't know where you're based but just typed the part number into Google and a number of suppliers around the world came up including Ebay.
