As per title. 58 miles on clock. Smells infrequently like it's going to burst into flames and engine fans running after short trip. Anyone else had this ??

Yeah.. just doing an inital DPF re gen..

 

Mine did it after every trip for the first 150 miles or so.

That's a combination of the protective oils burning off the exhaust and the DPF. I'm sure there used to be a sticky about this. The smell will go in a few hundred miles once the oil burns off, though the DPF will continue to regenerate every few hundred miles.
