New to the group and new to skoda, altho not to vag group. Previous cars. 2010 Seat exeo and 2006 jetta. Had a play around with vag com and got fog light turn assit, door lock on set off, horn conformation on lock /unlock, single button press for all doors unlock. Tried setting twin rear fog but not got it to work as yet. Set ch/lh but still not working. Will have another look when i get chance and report. Only down sides i have with the motor is no bluetooth and i dont have maxi dot. Great site guys. Glad to be here.

BT is easy to add, maxidot tends to be a little harder as it'll need the odometer and immobilizer doing. Assuming that's a FL, you won't be able to do dual rear fog lights with VCDS, you need something more powerful like ODIS-e or VCP.

 

If you add a VCDS autoscan that'll give us a better idea of whats happening with the CH/LH, do you have a rainlight sensor (auto wipers)?

For LH/CH lights, if you don't have Auto lights, you need to leave the lights on the On position then pull the light switch back as you leave the car to flash the high beams once.  This will turn the low beams on and will stay on for 10 seconds (IIRC) after you lock it.

Keep us updated DId you not fancy the cornering lights?  It's more of a gimmick/"one more mod to the list" but I like the affect it gives. With my lights on, the respective side's fog light comes on as I turn under 40KPH.  Obviously not as good as cornering Xenons but it still looks cool and helps avoid puddles/pot holes in bad carparks. It's pretty handy for camping etc.

Iv got the cornering fogs set thanks. Need to get some new bulbs now for them as iv put osram cool blue intense in dip and main and now fogs look a bit orange lol. Also got LED fitted to all interior lights
