Would like to know if is possible to retrofit to a FL superb rear ashtray module the new superb III rear console inverter+12v+usb module. would be plug&play mechanical/electrics/connectors?

The existing 12V socket is rated to 150 W based on the fuse choice, so there's enough power going to that part of the console to run an inverter. The chances that the Superb III module will fit in a Superb II without a lot of modification are very low though. It looks like the same module as is available in the Octavia III, so it might be worth asking about this module on the Octavia forum too.
