Found it yesterday on the official ring website

Bottom left hand corner, although it seems broken at the moment (last image 6.30 this morning), so now we can all see if the ring is open and what the weather is like.

The 2006 prices are also online, and the website shows that its scheduled to be open on and off in early Jan although looking at the snow I dought it.

The whole website looks a little sick right now, so here are the 2006 prices.

Fee per car / motorcycle and round 16.00 € (only available on site!)

Bus - Adults per Person 2.00 €

Bus - children per Person 1.00 €

Lap fees 2006

25-lap ticket car / motorcycle 305.00 €

15-lap ticket car / motorcycle 195.00 €

8-lap ticket car / motorcycle 108.00 €

4-lap ticket car / motorcycle 56.00 €

Tickets valid for one year 2006

Car or motorcyle 798.00 €

Please note that only such vehicles corresponding to prevailing Road Traffic regulations are allowed to drive on the Nürburgring. In the case of tours, the publicized regulations and general Road Traffic regulations apply (licence plates, turn signals and wing mirrors are mandatory on both sides of the vehicle).

The Nürburgring GmbH is actively committed to environmental protection, which incorporates noise prevention. Therefore, all vehicles must comply to the noise limits laid down in the house rules (95 db(A) according to near-field measurement).

Noisier vehicles are excluded from driving on the Nordschleife!

25-lap ticket car / motorcycle 305.00

You can carry the 25 lap tickets over, and the ticket is good for any car/driver. Meaning you could hand it over to another driver and car.

Was looking at the webcam earlier and the prices,Season ticket has only gone up 3 Euros on last years cost which isn't bad.

So who's up for going over in Jan then?

and they are suppose to improving the entry tolls for next year to ease the queueing that was occuring this year due to the 500% increase in visitors.

i hope that it does as my last 2 trips last year i seemed to spend more time queueing than going round.

but i can't wait to get back there even though i had a little incident this year to the tune of 846 Euro's for barrier damage not to mention sorting the car!!!!

Would love to go to the ring next year sometime, perhaps not in Jan though i think your being too eager perhaps June/July time
