1.8T bits: injectors, timing belt kit, PAS and air con pumps, alternator, arch liners, engine cover

Featured Replies

The remainder of my 1.8T vRS clearout! Injectors, PAS pump, air con compressor and alternator removed from my spare AUQ engine. Timing belt kit is new but the box has had a right pasting. Arch liners I bought ages ago to replace my tatty ones but have sat in the shed all this time! Engine cover is from my own car as I can't fit one without hacking it up.

Injectors are the standard 180bhp 1.8T ones, genuine Bosch/VAG. Part numbers 0280156061 and 06A906031BA, 317cc at 3 bar. I can get them ultrasonically cleaned and tested until they match for an extra £20. £40

Air con compressor, part number 1J0820803K. £SOLD

Power steering pump, part number 1J0422154B. Pulley is loosely bolted on as you need to take it off in order to bolt the pump onto that whacking great bracket strapped to the front of the engine anyway. £25

Alternator. Can't find much info on the body of this unit. Maybe it's aftermarket? You can have the belt too! £25

New INA timing belt kit, part number 530006710. £40

Wheel arch liners. I paid £10 each so would like that back. Not too keen on posting these! Part numbers 1U0809961 and 1U0809962. £SOLD

Engine cover. £20

Pair of green rear calipers for arsing around with. The handbrake mechanisms seized up last year, so I just bought two new calipers (I actually had to buy three, but that's another story) and slapped them on for the MOT. These have been sat on the shelf. Ideal for someone to mess around with, refurb for themselves or do whatever with. One of them has a hacksaw indent across the brake line, so you'd need to make sure they seal up fine. £SOLD

All prices exclude postage and are haggle-able. Try me out!

Hi Mankee do you still have the Aircon compressor ?if so let know how much you want all in to post to West Sussex

If it weighs under 15 kg it should not be more than a ten near postage

Thanks

Jon

Hi again Jon. Got a bit of a problem in that, less than an hour after my post, someone hit the Buy It Now button on eBay for the compressor as I didn't have a chance to take the listing offline. Not only that, they have also paid for it already. So I'm really, really sorry, but I can't sell the compressor to you any more.

Ok thanks mate for letting me know

Just my luck

Cheers

Hello matey! I knoooww you said you are not keen on posting the arch liners......but would you post the arch liners? :D

As it happens, you probably don't need to pack them up as such, they'd probably be fine if you just taped them together with a load of parcel tape and sent them like that?

I would like to have them, anyway, and happy to pay 20 quid plus whatever it costs to post / courier them. Let me know!

Cheers!

Hello Mr. Luxury Yacht. Yeah, no problems on the arch liners! I'm away on a stag do for the weekend so I'll try and sort them out for you at the start of next week if that's OK, once I've dried out a bit. Cheers!

how much for posting the calipers?

Will check next week once the infection has subsided, but it certainly won't be more than a tenner for the postage for the calipers.
