I had one of those go shopping and come back to find your car has an extra dynamic feature.  A go faster dent..   Spoke to the company where I parked and because I parked in the furthest spot it was out of range of their CCTV.

 

Anyway, sent pictures off to 3 dent repair specialist and had quotes from £120 to £210 for repair and 5 hours to 2 work.

 

So I know nothing about body repairs so what would you say is resaonble for price and time??  

 

I have attched the pictures sent. I have cleaned off the black rubber and polished it up so just the dent remains.

 

Any feedback appreciated.

I think £210 is a bit high.

I have a thick crack in the paint and scrape marks on the bumper so 2 locations to repair. Quoted £90 from a paintshop that does a lot of work for my skoda dealer.

I had a similar dent which exactly mirrored a supermarket trolley on my front wing - Grrrrr. Searched the internet for a local PDR expert, selecting the one with the best reviews - he was an independent operator, not a franchise . From the photo I sent I was given a quote & the guy duly arrived as arranged - he even brought special coverings to protect my drive having Googled my address to see it !

Anyway, having spent 5 hours doing the job, to absolute perfection, I was charged exactly what was quoted, £60. The quotes above seem excessive in comparison.
