4. any thing in specific i need to take care while using this car

5. any known faults or issues with this car

6. i hear a knock sound while turning to right steering wheel while stationary ,the mech was saying its the stabiliser touching something (sorry) dun remember he said some bush has to be changed but he didn't open the thing and check

See the sticky for info. on chain tensioner failures and oil consumption issues. The 1.8 seems to be prone to heavy oil use. Mine's going in soon to be checked as it seems to use more oil than petrol!

That's an auxiliary drive belt tensioner. Completely different beast. The tensioner on TSI chain engines is under the chain cover and is hydraulically tensioned when the engine is running. There is a very long thread as a sticky under the Octavia II forums at the top the list.

Review that and you'll find out a lot of information about the "issue" and the fix you can take pro-actively.  It's a bit of a lottery as to whether it will affect your car or not. The tensioner had been multiply superseded with the current one revision being a 2012 released version.

In a 2009 year car, unless it has been changed or the engine swapped out it will be an old design tensioner and is a risk. However, whether it will definitely affect you - nobody knows.
