I have had other Skodas, Octavia & Fabia, and when the Yeti came out it was & probabaly still is commented on how the owners of these cars can be very defensive of critisism, so dont take these comments personally, however if you ever want a heated discussion keep critising. :)

Criticizing?

Criticise is the preferred British spelling.   No Z, and UK is not the 51st state of the USA - Yet.( i ).

Firstly, as an Ancient Briton, I agree the preference - 'criticise'.  Google offers:  quote https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/criticize criticize. (also criticise). verb...... unquote

But, then, Google is a recent phenomenon and in case of doubt I go back to my bulky, trustworthy, paper 1995 Concise Oxford Dictionary :nerd: which gives:  quote

criticize v.tr. (also -ise)...  unquote

Huh   But as I personally go back a lot longer than even the 1995 OED I'll stick with the 's'.

Now - what were you talking about?

 To come back on topic.

Dislikes of a Yeti to prompt vociferous discussion :)

Life at my age is too short for me to argue with the (american?) spell checker. I've got more important things to do with my remaining time.

Interesting to look back on this discussion! I still have my 2016 black Yeti 150hp with 4x4 and DSG gearbox, and I really like this car!👍. Running on 19’’ wheel both summer and winter, it looks cool as well👍😎

What a thread revival. Giggled a few times at some of the defensive comments from earlier on which would have otherwise been lost in the ether...

Also, I have a pal with a Yeti face-lift who runs 19's. Agreed, they look fantastic!
