I want to black out the front of my car, to get rid of the chrome. Have looked att parts from superskoda but just want to know what the alternative is before I order. Is it possible to wrap the radar cover or will it mess up the function?

Should work and easy to test.

Just cover it with a duct tape and try for your self.

I'd wait until the Sportline is out in the flesh. Take a pic of one's VIN number then go to TPS and ask for a new front grill.

It's blacked out, same as the mirror caps and blacked window strips, all in place of the chrome. All also genuine bits and will fit easy peasy.

You could also sell your chrome bits to a Superb S driver who gets none of the above.
