Bingo! What an idiot I felt, standing in the shopping centre car park staring at it in unbelief.

Then the wife turned up from her shopping stint...............

At which point you stand nonchalantly by the car and say "I've been waiting for you to turn up with the keys... no, they're in your bag... I watched you put them in there... what have you done with them..?"

Unfortunately my wife is more intelligent than wot I am and I had to listen carefully as to how she felt. She later apologised .

I know now never to do it again :peek:

never used the boot only option partly for this point, but mainly force of habit of always unlocking whole car

this is the one point of keyless entry where if the keys are in the car you can open it, but other issues outweigh this one minor benefit

I know citigo doesn't have keyless entry, but this would be one benefit if it did
