I ordered a 1.4TSi L&K about a week ago on PCH - £198pm on a 3 + 23 slightly dearer overall but much lower up front payment.

Did a PCH deal in Sept for a L&K Yeti , just checked Simpson's current quotes and the prices seem to have dropped by ~£10/20 pm .

"£2490 initial rental and then 23 payments of £105 per month"

Or have I go this wrong ?

 

Check the total amount paid - was your initial rental lower?

 

If you don't like the deal you're currently on with them, phone and say you want to change. That's what I did last year - twice - without penalty. All that happens is that your order has to be resubmitted, so you drop to the back of the queue. It will be interesting to see when yours arrives. I ordered the same car as you, with a few small optional extras, from Simpsons on 25th September last year. Collected the car on 26th January. For comparison, my initial rental was £1,990 + 23 payments of £124/month, 8k miles p.a.

I'm paying £2500 + 23 x £136  , extras are towbar and spare wheel.

Simpsons price was almost identical to Telfords, but got much better px with Telfords.

Telfords have said that SKODA  prices are increasing this month.

 

Anyway current SImpsons deal looks really good at present and better than in September.
