Help needed noise from engine bay

Has anyone else had this problem. I have recently replaced my turbo as I managed to blow my pd130 turbo in to two halves after a overspeed issue (unknown cause). I have fitted a pd150 turbo which whined like a dentist drill so had that replaced for another remanufactured pd150 as may aswell upgrade while it was off in my opinion still not been mapped in yet. Now I have some sort of noise when accelerating its hard to explain and cant get a video of the noise. My engine management light has came on a couple of times now saying cylinder 4 contribution if thats any help to anyone. Need advise asap as dont want to blow up another turbo.
