Can someone confirm this oil is okay for 2005 fabia vrs?

I've looked on a few threads and what I have read has confused me a bit.

Look, it isn't rocket science, if it doesn't have the VW specs. on it then it isn't suitable.

I admit I am no expert on PD lubrication but understand that the cam lobe width is reduced in width to allow for the extra injection lobe and as a result wear is critical.

 

I read that the 5 cylinder 2.5 litre Touareg engine was really sensitive to oil and only the 507 oil was good enough - so does this mean that 505.01 is acceptable but 507 is better ?

I believe 507 is a later spec. suitable for extended drain intervals, it's the additive pack which is critical for PD engines, this suggests that 507 probably has the same additive pack as 505.01 but a better synthetic base.
