Iv recently brought a Octavia vrs (my first ever skoda) and I'm looking to put xenons on. Which will be the best to get.

To put OEM xenon's is a big job. If you mean a hid kit then get a non canbus kit and get it coded by someone with vcds.

I wouldn't do that on a facelift unless you also fit a bypass relay and resistors
