ŠKODA Voice Control system - how is working?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

I have a new Skoda Octavia III. The market told me this model created by the 2017 factory year standards.

My problem is, I would like to buy Skoda Voice Control System Activation code, but there are nobody, who knows how is working.

If I will buy that code, my Bolero voice command will be working in English. So, if I would like set my language to Hungarian, the voice command will be working? Or I need to set english if I want to use voice control?

I hope the device can show hungarian texts and menus, with english voice control.

Please, if you have apple of knowlegde share with us.

Thanks

I'm sorry for my english. Original question is "how it works".

So. How it works? The answer is, voice control in english works only that you have set English language!

And work with another language in english is not possible!

It doesn't work, don't bother!

It seems to handle my horrible Thames Estuary accent pretty decently, I actually wish you could do more with it, like changing the drive mode for example.

Works fine for me as does Siri in Carplay - must be my BBC English accent...

Probably means you don't speak full blown "Estuarine". A sure sign is that those listening to you do not experience blood dripping from their ears.

Last year in Stratford (East London not on-Avon) I heard a girl yelling down her phone, "Fohwee, I said fohwee"

I worked out it was between 2 & 4.
