I am considering chopping in my wife's 9G Honda Civic for an Octavia vRS. I have seen one that has taken my eye  (below), was wondering if anyone recognized it? I thought it might have been on here before having a black front grill surround!

I just purchased one, same year but in white. Make sure the aircon works as tbe compressors are known to fail. They can cost uoward of £500 to fix. Also check if the timing belt/ water pump has been changed at all. If not that will be due to be changed soon.

As said above check timming belt and tensioner and water pump have been done as over 4-5 years old they may fob you off with the low millage £450 @ skoda fixed price service,

Hpi check is a must ,

for that price i would want more optional extras it looks like theres no reverse parking aid a must for me now,no auto lights/wipers,no zenons,no mfsw, just my personal preference but i would want a bit more spec for my money,considering 2014-15 mk3s are down to 15k now . 

I'll be selling mine in Sept, it's March  2012 with 90k, many extras including xenons, front and rear parking sensors, maxidot, auto lights & wipers, dimming rear view mirror, front curtain airbags, heated seats, columbus, MFSW, and black/red leather alcantara interior.

I looked long and hard to find a decent spec one, and you won't find any non dsg with a MFSW. I have owned since Jan 2014 when it was on approx 30k, the mileage since has been 70% motorway.

 

I'll be listing it for sale from Sept, as I am having the rear bumper repainted as it has had a slight scuff and want it done properly.

This was my first ever owned car, after having company cars for 20+ years, and only selling now as I must have a car that is less than 5yrs and 100k to use on company business!

 

If the rules do change, to allow it, I would probably keep it.

Too much money I paid 10k for a 30k miles with dsg alacantara interior MFSW parking sensors xenon's a full main dealer history.
