No worries always worth checking about such things. The forum community has been a great help to me in steering me clear of that dodgy advert which saved me £12,500 so don't want to be a **** and take advantage. Especially since I am getting closer to official Skoda ownership, hopefully picking up on Sunday. :clap:  so fingers crossed I don't have the joys of running two cars for too long and the R goes quick.

 

Don't suppose you have any experience selling cars on eBay or know of anyone who has? Could be a good way to get my asking price with some frantic last minute bids but want to avoid PayPal fees as they could be asking for £500

Yonks ago but just read the listing terms - I think a fixed price classifieds may still be the best means of saving excessive fees but double check.

 

Or be cheeky and £1 purchase to buy a picture of the car, visits in person if interested to buy is the very cheapest but could put off some buyers, you take your pic

Or don't use them at all and use gumtree ( but thats owned by them too!) or autotrader ?

 

Shouldn't be hard to sell on private? or p/x? They will be sought after and worth a far packet although I suppose a bit niche in the sense of high insurance and high running/fuel costs so you are after a bit of a petrol head. Maybe pistonheads? or even facebook if you are really keen to avoid fees ? Whatever you do I'd exercise usual caution of buying/selling that someone doesn't stiff you the usual ways.

He also only started trading in June this year. Flash website but not much to back it up. Viewings by Appointment only? No thanks
