I see they also say "The storage compartment must always be closed when driving for safety reasons." . 

 

So, while they may be happy to break your knee, they care enough not to want your kneecap torn right off. Credit where credit's due and all that.    :happy:

My Citroen Relay lwb van had the handbrake by the drivers seat on the right....wear shorts....leap out.....lever up the arse leg of your shorts and hang there suspended...
